Well, we didn’t place in this competition, but we did very well in my opinion. We traveled to IPFW in Fort Wayne, Indiana at the Gates Sports Center. We were able to examine other teams robots, but none had a claw like ours did.
I would like to thank everyone for coming.
Well, we have two days until we head to our state competition. We have finished about 3/4 of the programs. Tyler and I will be working at the table. Almost all of us will be coming.
We hope everyone can come!
Today I tried the light sensor on the robot but it only turned in circles. I think it will not help us any we took it off. We hope our second claw works well with our current programming.

Today we worked on our robot’s design. in the competition, our claw fell of and bounced around the table. we added supports so it would not do this again. Our programmers worked out some bugs in our software. Also we presented our Competition plaque to our principal on the announcements.
ALSO, we will NOT be meeting on Wednesday!

So far, we have done very well with the powerpoint and the presentation. Here are a few design templates to “spice it up”.
You know, this isn’t a practical use of time, but it shows that robots can do anything we want them to do. (If we build and program them correctly.)
Well, we’re back from tournament. We are going on to the state tournament, too! I’m thrilled because I didn’t expect us to make it. But, give it up for the team, everyone did their thing. We also won the Robust Award for having the best robot design out of everyone.
